Module 1: Fundamentals of Dynamic Assessment

This online course covers the fundamentals of Dynamic Assessment in a unique way using our animation, film clips and group activities. We explore the rationale underlying dynamic assessment, and how the approach draws on the ideas of developmental psychologists such as Lev Vygotsky, Reuven Feuerstein, and Carol Dweck. We also look at some real-life video footage to understand how dynamic assessment looks in practice. The course will next take place on Friday 16th October 2026 from 9.00 to 11.00am (online).
